Rena’s journey includes extensive experience in primary care, women’s health, pediatrics, and infectious disease, alongside roles as an educator, researcher, and leader in healthcare. Her dedication to excellence is evident in her ability to connect with patients, understand their unique needs, and develop tailored wellness plans.

As the founder of Hope Renewed Integrative Care, Rena combines modern medical practices with a holistic approach to care. Under her guidance, the practice focuses on Functional Medicine, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Direct Primary Care, and Medical Weight Loss, redefining traditional healthcare by promoting long-term wellness and personalized care.
